Bio Logic Engineering Inc is an Engineering Design Firm specializing in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. Our founder, Patrick Cullen P.E. is an alumni of the Pennsylvania State University and received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Agricultural and Biological Engineering. He earned his Professional Engineering License (PE) in October 2024 after successfully completing the Agricultural and Biological Professional Engineer Exam. He is currently licensed as a PE in the State of Pennsylvania. He has over half a decade of experience with working directly with Conservation Districts and closely working with the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).
